Pietro Fittipaldi

Pietro Fittipaldi comes from one of the world’s most renowned motorsport families. As the grandson of two-time Formula 1 World Champion Emerson Fittipaldi, he practically grew up with racing and gathered his first experience in karting before consistently pursuing the path through Formula junior series. His talent showed early on, gradually bringing him closer to the major stages of motorsport.

Through the classic Formula categories, Fittipaldi worked his way up and established himself as one of the fastest drivers of his generation. His path eventually led him to Formula V8 3.5, where he was able to prevail against a strong field. In parallel, he gained experience in GT3 vehicles and thus also approached endurance racing, which would later become a central part of his career. The jump to the FIA WEC was the logical consequence of this development.

The greatest success of his career so far is winning the Formula V8 3.5 title in 2017, which established him definitively in the international motorsport scene. This success opened doors to further opportunities, including as a test driver in Formula 1, and laid the foundation for his later career in endurance racing, where he established himself in the following years as a reliable and fast Hypercar driver.

In the 2026 season, Pietro Fittipaldi continues to compete in the FIA WEC, where he represents his team in the Hypercar class. Together with his teammates, he aims to build on his previous successes and regularly fight for podium positions and top results. With his experience from Formula racing series and endurance racing, he brings important qualities for the upcoming races and is among the drivers who should provide exciting moments in the WEC field in 2026 as well.
