Jesse Love

Jesse Love was born on January 14, 2005 in California and grew up in an environment strongly shaped by American oval racing. At just five years old, he climbed into a Quarter Midget for the first time and collected numerous victories and championship titles in this junior category over the following years. His talent caught attention early on, leading him to compete in multiple divisions of the USAC series simultaneously, where he made a national splash before his fifteenth birthday.

His path to the major series led through the Midget and Sprint car classes: In 2016 and 2017, Love won the USAC Speed2 Western US Dirt Midget Championship, adding the asphalt title in 2017, followed by the Bay Cities Racing Association crown in 2018. In 2020, he switched to Bill McAnally Racing in the ARCA Menards Series West, immediately becoming champion and becoming, at just 15 years old, the youngest champion in NASCAR history. He defended the West title in 2021 before competing for Venturini Motorsports in the national ARCA Menards Series in 2023, clinching the championship with ten season wins before the finale. In 2024, he finally entered the NASCAR Xfinity Series with Richard Childress Racing in the No. 2 Chevrolet.

His career’s biggest achievements to date come from recent years: Besides the ARCA West titles in 2020 and 2021 and the ARCA Menards Series crown in 2023 with Venturini Motorsports, Love capped his debut season in the Xfinity Series in 2024 with the Rookie of the Year award for Richard Childress Racing. A year later, in 2025, he won the overall championship of the NASCAR Xfinity Series with the same team, cementing his reputation as one of the greatest talents in American stock car racing.

In the 2026 season, Jesse Love remains a full-time driver for Richard Childress Racing and builds on the momentum of his championship. For the future, the young Californian has already secured another step: Starting in 2027, he will pilot the No. 21 Ford Mustang Dark Horse for Wood Brothers Racing in the NASCAR Cup Series. Until then, his focus remains on consolidating his position at RCR and gaining further experience at the highest level to best prepare for the jump to the premier series.
