Vladislav Lomko was born on March 14, 1997, in Volgograd and grew up in a family devoted to motorsport from an early age; his father operated a small kart workshop where Lomko turned his first laps at the age of six. From this informal start, a serious passion quickly developed, leading him to Russian kart championships, where he held his own against national competition in various age categories and gained early national attention.
The jump to formula series followed logically: Lomko progressed through several European junior categories, gaining important experience in aerodynamics and tire management, and eventually moved into the GT3 arena, where he achieved his breakthrough. Through targeted entries in international GT championships, he earned recognition for higher-level assignments and eventually received the opportunity to make his debut in the FIA WEC, the long-distance counterpart to Formula 1 at the highest level.
Among the greatest achievements of his career to date is a class podium finish at the 24 Hours of Le Mans 2023, which he achieved with a private GT team and which introduced his name to a wider international audience for the first time. A year earlier, in 2022, he had attracted attention with a strong season in the European Le Mans Series, finishing multiple times among the top three drivers in his category, earning him a reputation as a reliable and quick endurance driver.
In the 2026 season, Vladislav Lomko competes for an established customer team in the FIA WEC, where he aims to prove himself again alongside his teammate in the GT class. The goal is to build on the strong results of recent years and consistently fight for podium positions throughout the season. For Lomko, who has developed steadily over the past years, 2026 marks another important step on the path toward a possible prototype opportunity within the World Championship.
