Antares Au

Antares Au was born into a motorsport-passionate family and grew up surrounded by the sound of engines. His path into motorsport began classically in karting, where technical understanding and racing instinct became visible early on. These years on the kart track laid the foundation for a career that would take him through numerous junior series into the absolute pinnacle of international sports car racing.

Following his karting years, Au progressed methodically through the relevant formula and GT junior categories, where he was able to prove his talent against strong international competition. This consistent performance progression ultimately led to his entry into the GT3 category, where he quickly established himself as a consistent and rapid driver. This foundation paved the way for him into the FIA WEC, where he has since become one of the sought-after pilots in the GT segment.

His greatest career achievements to date underline steady development: in 2024, Au claimed the title in the Intercontinental GT Challenge, one of the most prestigious GT competitions worldwide. Shortly thereafter, in the 2024/25 season, he also crowned himself champion of the Asian Le Mans Series in the GT category. Both successes confirmed his reputation as one of the most reliable and consistent GT drivers of his generation and underscored his standing in international GT racing.

In the 2026 season, Antares Au competes for his team and brings the experience of his recent title wins into the FIA WEC. His focus is on confirming the strong form of recent years and continuing to fight for podium finishes and class victories in the hotly contested GT field of the WEC.
